Depending on the shape and height of the profile (20 mm or 45 mm), trapezoidal sheets are divided into roof profiles (MMR20/MMR45) and wall profiles(MM20/MM45) For the production of trapezoidal profile MMR / MM, we use galvanized steell ZN, as well as metal with various types of coatings - glossy polyester PE and matt polyester MPE, polyurethane PUR and matt polyurethane MPUR

SOLO classical shape is a modern version of ''falc'', but its installation is simplified and quick: a sheet is screwed to roof boarding by screws or nails, and there is no need of other accesories. JSC ''Mārupes Metāleistars'' offers SOLO shape which corresponds to roof design: sheets are available either with smooth surface or witth two, five or nine ribs. SOLO roofs can be used for private houses as well as for public and industrial buildings. For SOLO roofs we recommend timber trusses made from wooden beams with a step 200 mm. There is no need of extra hermetic at sheet jointing places.

VALC profile is proven for decades type of metal roofs, and it is still the best solution for customized roof designs. Its durability makes VALCPROFIL to be considered as a long-term investment. JSC “Marupes Metalmeistars” offers VALCPROFIL with double edge bending (male-female edges). According to the roof design VALCPROFIL shape can be either with a smooth surface or with two ribs. When manufacturing VALCPROFIL it is possible to change the sheet width from 220 to 880 mm, but in practice most customers use 545 mm width. Sheets are fastened to the roof deck with mechanical lock clips. This means that the metal sheet itself does not have any through holes. Galvanized screws or nails are used to fasten the clips to the roof deck. A minimal quantity of mechanical lock clips is 5 pcs/m2. An average distance between clips is 400 mm. If a building is located in a windy place, a recommended distance between clips is 300 mm. Edges are joint together by seaming tool or wooden hammer. The roofing deck for VALCPROFIL should be made from a dry, antiseptic board. Board size is 25x100mm, a distance between boards is 25-60mm (depending on the design and slope).
